Jereomy grew up in a construction family where he was helping out on job sites as soon as he was old enough to swing a hammer. Working side jobs with his carpenter father his entire youth it was natural for him to get into the construction industry out of high school where he started by framing and siding houses. From there Jereomy moved on to residential poured concrete foundation work which led him to join the carpenter’s union like his dad.
After working 5+ years as a union carpenter he decided it was time to make a change He went to work for a custom remodel/home builder. With proving a knowledge for the industry and a natural sales approach, Jereomy became the builder rep manager handling all daily operations of the sales process from meeting potential clients in open houses to working with them through plan design, specs, construction walk-throughs, and closings.
After moving on from the builder rep industry he went on to join one of the largest real estate teams in the state where Jereomy learned the importance a strong real estate team can make in the buying and selling process. Gaining the knowledge needed, he went on to create his own real estate team with the concept of giving the consumer in the building process the knowledge they need to have a successful stress free experience
